Who we are

SB International is a manufacturer and exporter of leather goods, at Plot C-17 to C-19, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Rooma, Kanpur 208008, India. For anything in this policy, write to sales@sbleathers.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the product ranges you select, and your message. We do not ask for payment details and this site takes no payments.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and to follow up about supplying you. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside our own business except the service providers below, who process data on our behalf.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — stores enquiries in a database only our staff can read.
• Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages.
• Cloudinary — stores images and video shown on the site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are commercially useful and deleted once they are not. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@sbleathers.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie it can set is a sign-in cookie for our own staff area, which is never set for ordinary visitors.
